Recent reports from Harare have confirmed disruptions, albeit "minor", in the Constitution-making process which is currently being rolled out across Zimbabwe. The most notable incident occured on Tuesday when war veterans who back ZANU-PF disrupted a training workshop for outreach workers in Harare. Such scenes are a depressing reminder of disruptions that took place in July 2009 when suspected ZANU PF thugs disrupted an all-stakeholders' conference at the Harare International Conference Centre by insulting and demeaning the Speaker of Parliament Lovemore Moyo. This picture was taken on that day. ZIP
