Co-chair of the Constitutional Parliamentary Select Committee, Paul Mangwana has confirmed that the public outreach programme to seek the views of Zimbabweans on the proposed new constitution has been halted indefinitely.  Mangwana cited "disagreements on the composition of rapporteurs" in addition to a lack of recording equipment, among other logistics as the reasons for the programme's suspension.
